• Cancellations can be made 14 days prior to the check-in date & will incur a transaction fee equal to 10% of the total stay amount. This fee will be deducted from the refund.
• No refund shall be provided in case of a no-show.
• Refund will not be applicable in case check-in is denied due to non-compliance to our “Regulations & Policies” and/or non-availability of suitable photo identification.
• Photo ID of all the guests are compulsory including kids while check in as per local authorities
